North Jersey drug dealer pleads guilty at the shore

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Marquis Belnavis, 29, of East Orange, entered a guilty plea for charges related to narcotics distribution and assault on a law enforcement officer, announced Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. The charges pertain to multiple incidents occurring in Toms River between July 2021 and August 2022.

Belnavis is scheduled for sentencing on July 28, 2023, when the State will seek separate prison terms related to each of the three guilty pleas. All sentences are set to run concurrently.
