BROOKLYN, NY – Carlos Williams, a 39-year-old male employed by the NYPD Communications Section, was arrested on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 4:50 PM, for driving while intoxicated (DUI). The arrest occurred within the jurisdiction of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
