TOMS RIVER, NJ – A 34-year-old man is being held without bail at the Ocean County Jail following his commitment on Saturday in connection with an alleged aggravated assault involving domestic violence, according to jail records.
He faces a third-degree charge under New Jersey statute 2C:12-1B(12) for aggravated assault related to a domestic incident and was arrested on Saturday.
Police have not released any further details regarding this arrest.
