BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ – The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Colin J. DeLuca, 30, of Little Egg Harbor, with additional counts of Aggravated Arson and Arson.
The charges stem from a fire on Aspen Court on August 20. DeLuca is also charged with criminal mischief due to property damage.
Patrol officers and Evesham Fire Personnel had responded to the 100 block of Aspen Court to find a dwelling fully engulfed in flames.
The fire was extinguished, but the dwelling was a complete loss, and neighboring homes sustained damage.
Another fire was reported on Empress Street on August 21, which led to DeLuca’s arrest after an extensive investigation.
