TOMS RIVER, NJ – An Ocean County man is being held without bail after authorities charged him with multiple offenses involving the alleged endangerment of a child, according to jail records.

Eloy Vargas Martinez was charged with second-degree charge of endangering the welfare of a child under New Jersey statute 2C:24-4A. He is also charged with third-degree counts of showing obscene material to a minor under 2C:34-3B(2) and cyber harassment under 2C:33-4.1A(2).
