Off-duty NYPD custodial assistant arrested in Brooklyn for aggravated harassment

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — An off-duty New York City Police Department employee was arrested Monday night in Brooklyn on an aggravated harassment charge, authorities said.

The NYPD identified the employee as 29-year-old Jasmine Pinckney, a custodial assistant with the department.

Pinckney was taken into custody at approximately 10:02 p.m. within the confines of the 73rd Precinct.

She has been charged with aggravated harassment.

Details regarding the incident have not been released as the investigation remains ongoing.
