New York, NY – On Saturday, at 8:45 AM, an off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 43rd Precinct.
Richard Reid, a 36-year-old male and NYPD probationary police officer, faces charges of Rape 1st Degree Forcible Compulsion.
At this time, the NYPD has not released any further information regarding this incident.
