One Shot in Shooting on Shamrock Avenue

NORTHEAST DISTRICT, MD – A 35-year-old man was injured in a shooting on the 2700 block of Shamrock Avenue at approximately 7:50 p.m. last night.

Northeast District patrol officers arrived at the scene to investigate the reported incident. They found the victim with a gunshot wound to his right leg. The injured man was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where his injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening.

Detectives from the Northeast District Shooting team have taken over the investigation. They urge anyone with information related to the shooting to contact them at 410-396-2444.
