TOMS RIVER, NJ – When the lights go dark on Friday the 13th, this week, they will be coming out. Yes, the tables of restaurants in Downtown Toms River will be out in the street for al-fresco dining.

Downs Ford and the Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District will partner together to kick off the 2022 summer Downtown Night Out this Friday. Each Friday and Saturday night, Washington Street will turn into an outdoor dining extravaganza. Parking will be free after 5 pm.
