BAYVILLE, NJ – In his latest “Do as I say, not as I do” moment, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy escaped the heavy downpour while dining outside at Martell’s Waters Edge in Bayville and hung out at the bar for a bit, indoors. This is just one more time in a long list of Phil Murphy not following his own rules. Now, one can go all Bill Clinton here and say “Depends what the definition of indoors is”.
