The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Shantay Tart. Shantay is 43-years-old last seen at her residence 2XX N. Lawrence Street on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 2:30 pm.
Shantay was last seen wearing a puffy red coat, a blue hat, and white sneakers.
