PHILADELPHIA, P.A. – Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle wanted in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred earlier this month in West Philadelphia.
Police said the incident happened around 3:44 a.m. on December 20 on the 5600 block of Lancaster Avenue, where a pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
