In the earliest incident, officers responded around 5:26 a.m. to a shooting near Roberts and Stokley Streets. A 26-year-old woman was found with a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed by police to Temple University Hospital, where she remains in critical condition. A 23-year-old man also wounded at the scene was taken to Temple with a gunshot wound to the right leg and is in stable condition.

Shortly after, at 6:19 a.m., a 33-year-old man walked into Roxborough Hospital with a gunshot wound to the face. He was later transferred to Einstein Medical Center and is also in stable condition.

At approximately 8:00 a.m., another 33-year-old man arrived at Nazareth Hospital with a gunshot wound to the left arm. According to investigators, he is believed to be the suspect in the earlier shooting and was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment under police custody. Charges are pending.

Later in the morning, a separate shooting was reported in the 12th District. At 11:54 a.m., officers responded to the 5100 block of Kingsessing Avenue where a victim was shot and driven by private vehicle to Penn Presbyterian. That individual is in stable condition.

Just before 1 p.m., stabbings occurred in two separate districts. A woman was stabbed on the 4000 block of Castor Avenue in the 24th District around 12:41 p.m. She was taken by private vehicle to Jefferson Frankford Hospital.

Minutes later, at about 1:16 p.m., police in the 15th District responded to the 5100 block of Frankford Avenue where an adult man had been stabbed. He was taken to Temple University Hospital for treatment. His condition is currently unknown.
