LANCASTER, PA – A Lancaster resident, David Ray Lopez, 33, faces charges including statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and indecent assault.
Lopez is accused of sexually assaulting a minor multiple times between May and August of 2022. The incidents took place in the early morning hours when the victim’s parents were at work.
Following a thorough investigation, a criminal complaint was filed, and an arrest warrant was obtained for Lopez. The Manheim Township Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating the suspect.
