VISALIA, CA – The Visalia Police Department is investigating a shooting at a Little Caesar’s restaurant. At approximately 5:00 PM, officers responded to the area of Little Caesars located in the 1400 block of E. Noble Avenue for a report of a shooting. Detectives are on scene conducting an investigation. The department will update the community when additional information is available.
