PIKESVILLE, MD – Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 71-year-old Patricia Carter-Goodwin, who was reported missing Saturday evening in the Pikesville area.
Carter-Goodwin was last seen between 6:50 and 7:05 p.m. wearing blue jeans and a cream-colored sweater.
She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 165 pounds, and walks with a limp.
Police said she suffers from dementia and may appear confused or disoriented.
Public urged to assist in search
Authorities released the missing person alert late Sunday on the department’s official social media pages.
They are asking residents in and around Pikesville to remain alert and check their properties, including sheds, porches, and vehicles, in case Carter-Goodwin sought shelter nearby.

Police said time is critical in locating individuals with cognitive impairments and are asking the public to share her photo and description.
