MANHATTAN, N.Y. – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Micah Smith, a 16-year-old boy reported missing from his home in Washington Heights.

According to investigators, Smith was last seen around 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, leaving his residence on St. Nicholas Avenue, within the confines of the 33rd Precinct.

He is described as a Black male with a dark complexion and medium build, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. Smith has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a red jacket, gray pants, and black sneakers.
