ELDERSBURG, MD – Maryland State Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man found earlier this week in Carroll County. The unidentified male is African American, weighs about 140 pounds, and is five feet, six inches tall.
He was last seen in the Eldersburg area, potentially near the Jiffy Lube. This individual was admitted to a local hospital for treatment on Sunday, October 5, at around 1:50 p.m. He is unable to recall his identity.
