Baltimore, MD Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Joyce Santiago-Burgos.
Joyce was reported missing on September 28 after last being seen on September 20 in the 3000 block of Frisby Avenue. There is currently no information available regarding her clothing description.
