PORTLAND, OR – Hours after one person was shot in the Cully section of Portland, police here responded to a second shooting. The report of a shooting in the 4500 block of Northeast Cully Blvd. There were no reported victims but vehicles were struck by gunfire. No arrests have been made and there is currently no suspect information. Portland Police were at the scene conducting an investigation and ask anyone with information to call the police.
