WASHINGTON, D.C. – In a press conference regarding freed American hostages in Russia, President Joe Biden questioned former President Donald Trump’s assertions about securing the release of hostages without concessions.
Trump had claimed that if was president, he wouldn’t have made concessions to Russia in exchange for the prisoners, including a New York Times Journalist.
Trump has repeatedly stated he could have freed the hostages without any exchange.

Responding to these claims, Biden pointedly asked, “Why didn’t he do it when he was president?”
