Fairfax County man arrested after obscene act at Chantilly bus stop
CHANTILLY, VA — A 22-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he was allegedly caught masturbating in public at a bus stop in Chantilly, Fairfax County police said Friday.
Nelson Robles, of Fair Oaks, was taken into custody by officers who responded around 1:15 p.m. to the 4700 block of Stonecroft Boulevard after a witness reported a man exposing himself and committing a lewd act at the scene.
Police said a nearby officer located Robles quickly, matching the suspect description. After his arrest, investigators identified additional witnesses who also reported seeing Robles masturbating in the area during the same incident.
He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is currently being held without bond. Robles is charged with indecent liberties, indecent exposure, and obscene sexual display.
