Royal Farms sells $200K winner as Ravens-themed game pays out

East Baltimore woman wins $200K on Ravens scratch-off after team victory

BALTIMORE, MD — A Ravens fan from East Baltimore is celebrating a massive lottery win after claiming a $200,000 prize on a Ravens X10 scratch-off, just one day after watching her favorite team notch a win on the field.

The winning ticket was purchased as a birthday treat following the Ravens’ November 9 game. The woman, a government worker and casual lottery player, bought three scratch-offs and won on all of them — collecting $5 on a $2 ticket, $25 on a $5 ticket, and $200,000 on the $10 Ravens X10 ticket.

She claimed her prize the next day at Maryland Lottery headquarters and plans to use the winnings toward a down payment on a house.

The lucky ticket was sold at Royal Farms, 7204 York Road in Towson. The retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Maryland Lottery for selling a top-prize winning ticket.

The Ravens X10 game launched on August 20 and features four top prizes of $200,000. This was the second top-tier prize claimed, leaving two more $200,000 tickets still in circulation. In addition, three of the four $50,000 prizes remain unclaimed, along with thousands of smaller prizes.

Non-winning tickets from the game can be entered into the Maryland Lottery’s Ravens Second-Chance Promotion, offering players opportunities to win additional cash, Ravens gear, and exclusive game-day experiences. The next drawing is scheduled for November 14.
