Seffner man wins $1 million in lottery two years after winning $500k

The Florida Lottery announces that Michael Landcaster, 64, of Seffner, claimed a $1 million top prize from the new CASH CLUB Scratch-Off game using a secured drop box located at the Tampa District Office, two years after claiming a $500,000 top prize from the $500,000 JACKPOT MULTIPLIER Scratch-Off game! He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $880,000.00.

Landcaster purchased his winning ticket from Seffner Citgo, located at 930 West U.S. Highway 92 in Seffner. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
