Shooting in East Columbus Apartment Complex Leaves One Critical

COLUMBUS, OH – An individual is in critical condition following a shooting at an apartment complex in Eastmoor.

The incident took place on the 3100 block of East Livingston Avenue just after 2 a.m. Wednesday.

The victim, who sustained an upper body gunshot wound, was transported to Grant Medical Center and is now in stable condition.

There were no signs of forced entry at the apartment. Three individuals have been detained for questioning.

This incident occurred shortly after another shooting in Beechwood. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Felony Assault Unit at (614) 645-2487 or Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at (614) 461-TIPS (8477).
