Chesapeake, VA – After attempts to serve a Court Order Violation at a hotel on Old Greenbrier Rd, Chesapeake Police encountered a subject who initially refused to exit the room.
Responding to the situation, the SWAT and Crisis Negotiations Team arrived on site.
Later on, before negotiations commenced, the subject, identified as 45-year-old Carl Martin, voluntarily surrendered to the police and was taken to Chesapeake City Jail for his outstanding warrant.
