BALTIMORE, MD – On July 16, 2020, at approximately 9:03 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1600 block of Laurens Street for a report of a shooting.
Once at the location, officers located 46 year-old Moses Rush unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound to the body.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
On February 9, 2021, detectives arrested 35 year-old Tovarren Scott of Baltimore.
Scott was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.
