Suspect Arrested for Theft of Auto Parts in Hanover

HANOVER, MDA suspect was apprehended in the act of stealing tires and rims from a vehicle in the parking garage of the Hotel at Arundel Preserve early on April 6th.

Responding to a call at approximately 2:54 a.m., officers discovered the individual by a car, which had been elevated using a jack, with a tire already removed and placed in the back seat of the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect, found wearing black gloves and with a lug wrench at his feet, was in the process of removing another tire when apprehended by the police. Charges were filed against the suspect for the theft.
