UNION CITY, NJ – The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Isaiah Grey, 23, with murder following the death of Jorge Moctezuma Espinoza, 79, due to injuries sustained during a robbery.
The incident occurred on Thursday, November 16, in Union City.
Espinoza was found unresponsive and later died from blunt impact injuries to the head. Grey faces charges of Attempted Murder, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Endangering an Injured Victim.
The Union City Police Department made the arrest, and the case is under ongoing investigation.
