Suspect Remains at Large in Valley Terrace Burglary

Washington, DC – Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a residential burglary in Southeast DC.

On October 8, 2024, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the suspect forcibly entered a home in the 1900 block of Valley Terrace, Southeast. After stealing property from the residence, the suspect fled the scene.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect, which may aid in the investigation.

Anyone who can identify the suspect or has information about the incident is encouraged to call the Metropolitan Police Department at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The department is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of those responsible for crimes in the District of Columbia.
