READING, PA – The City of Reading Police Department has issued a warning for Yusuf Scott, wanted for kidnapping. Scott, described as 6’3″, weighing 175 lbs with longer dreadlocks, was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes, a black jacket, and a mask.
He is considered armed and dangerous, reportedly in possession of a handgun during the incident.
Police did not disclose details of the kidnapping encounter.
