YORK, PA – Michael Lynn Diehl, a resident of East Walnut Street in Lebanon, is currently wanted by the police for a retail theft incident that occurred on October 21, 2023, at Weis Markets on White Street.
Diehl is accused of stealing merchandise totaling $424.08. He faces charges of Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy – Retail Theft, both classified as felonies.
An arrest warrant for Diehl was issued on January 18.
The York Police Department is actively seeking information regarding Diehl’s whereabouts.
