WASHINGTON, D.C. — The D.C. Metro Police Department is actively searching for suspects involved in the fatal shooting of a man and a woman. The violent event occurred just before noon on December 21, 2023, in the 1300 block of Half Street.
Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered four individuals with gunshot wounds. Tragically, one woman lost her life at the scene, and one man succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The deceased have been identified as Patricia Harris, 35, and Tyrone Jacobs, 24, both residents of Southwest D.C.
