Police seek suspect after Royal Farms robbery in Linthicum

Police Respond to Robbery and Shooting Incidents in Anne Arundel County

**Linthicum, MD** – Officers responded to a robbery at Royal Farms on Camp Meade Road South on Monday at approximately 6:10 a.m. Employees reported a male suspect entered the store, leapt over the counter, and began taking cigarettes.

During the incident, the suspect implied possessing a handgun and verbally threatened the staff, although no weapon was seen. The suspect continued to take cigarettes before leaving the store on foot. Despite canvassing the area, officers did not locate the suspect. The Regional Crimes Unit is investigating, and information is sought from the public.

**Glen Burnie, MD** – At around 4:20 p.m. on the same day, officers responded to the vicinity of Crain Highway and Crain Court Circle following reports of shots being fired. Witnesses indicated seeing a male dressed in all black emerge from an apartment complex and fire multiple shots at three individuals heading north on Crain Highway.

Strong-Arm Robbery Reported in Linthicum

**Linthicum, MD** – A strong-arm robbery occurred at Hoyt’s Cinema in Linthicum on Saturday. The incident took place at approximately 8:30 p.m. at 1591 West Nursery Road.

The victim, a 27-year-old male, was walking behind the cinema when five unidentified males approached him. The suspects, who were wearing dark clothing and ski masks, assaulted the victim and took cash along with personal items.

The victim sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital. No weapons were displayed during the robbery.
