Court Sentences South Carolina Residents for Targeting Hispanics in Robberies

**Columbia, SC** – Three men and one woman from South Carolina received sentences for violent crimes targeting Hispanic individuals in Columbia, South Carolina. Charles Antonio Clippard, 27, was sentenced to 420 months; Michael Joseph Knox, 29, received 303 months; Gabriel Brunson, 21, received 100 months; and Sierra Fletcher, 34, was sentenced to 200 months.

These individuals previously admitted guilt to charges including carjacking, conspiracy, firearms offenses, and violating criminal civil rights. In early 2021, they conspired to rob Hispanic victims by approaching them at gas stations and grocery stores, later pursuing and robbing them at gunpoint at their residences or other locations. On January 30, 2021, the group committed an armed robbery and carjacking against a Hispanic victim, whom they followed and targeted at his home. Additional incidents that day involved carjacking another victim and a home invasion, leading to thefts of cash, cellphones, driver’s licenses, and credit cards.

Three Charged for Multi Ulta Store Robberies in Maryland

**Annapolis, MD -** The Anne Arundel County Police Department announced the arrest of three individuals linked to an organized retail theft group targeting Ulta stores for luxury fragrances. The thefts occurred across various jurisdictions from August to March 2025, with robbers stealing high-end fragrances before police arrived.

In cooperation with several regional police departments, the Anne Arundel County Police identified and dismantled the group responsible. The crime spree caused approximately $190,000 in losses, underscoring the significance of regional collaboration against organized retail crime.

The incidents in Anne Arundel County alone resulted in about $107,000 in damages. Detectives pinpointed several vehicles involved in these thefts and, on March 24, 2025, around 5:00 p.m., secured a suspect vehicle in the Annapolis Mall parking garage leading to the arrests.

Arrested were Damari Cousar, 21, and Rasaan Washington, 28, both from Washington D.C., along with a 17-year-old juvenile. All face various charges, and authorities urge anyone with further information to contact the relevant police departments.

Towson police arrest two suspects in string of armed robberies

Towson Robbery Suspects Arrested

**Baltimore, MD** – Detectives from Precinct 6 – Towson have apprehended two suspects involved in recent armed robberies in Towson. Both suspects, a juvenile and an adult, were involved in incidents where victims, local students, were approached, held at gunpoint, and demanded to surrender their valuables.

Community-provided information helped detectives create a suspect description following the robberies. Surveillance near York Road and Aigburth Road led detectives to locate and apprehend the alleged suspects.

Further investigations resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old male now charged as an adult for armed robbery. Immanuel Robinson, 19, faces charges of armed robbery, first-degree assault, and possession of a firearm as a minor.

Robinson remains in custody at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. The investigation continues as detectives work to gather more information.

Donald Raymond Tilghman Arrested in Connection with Rise Dispensary Robberies

**Joppa, MD** – On Wednesday, Donald Raymond Tilghman, 38, was taken into custody for his participation in two robberies at the Rise Dispensary in Joppa. Tilghman, who hails from District Heights, MD, has been charged for his role in these criminal acts.

The incidents at the Rise Dispensary occurred on March 16, 2021, and November 13, 2023. Detectives have long pursued justice in this case to ensure those responsible are identified and prosecuted.

Currently, Tilghman is held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center. He was arrested in Washington DC on Wednesday and has since been transferred to the Harford County facility. The investigation continues as detectives work to identify all parties involved.
