PHILADELPHIA, PA – A teenage boy was rushed to the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being stabbed in the neck on a residential block in Kensington.
The attack happened around 1:20 p.m. on the 2100 block of East Monmouth Street.
Police said the 17-year-old victim was found bleeding on the sidewalk before being taken to Temple University Hospital.
