Officers responded to a reported shooting in the 900 block of Landing Creek Drive and discovered the teenager suffering from a gunshot wound to the head, according to the Chesapeake Police Department. Emergency responders transported the victim to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Police have not released the victim’s identity as of Thursday.
