EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ – A coordinated law enforcement operation has led to the arrest of a juvenile accused of receiving a stolen motor vehicle following a string of car burglaries in two Evesham Township neighborhoods.

Police began investigating after several residents in Arrowhead Estates and Devonforde Estates reported vehicle break-ins on January 18. The incidents sparked an extensive probe by Evesham Township Police Department detectives who worked for weeks to identify the suspect believed to be linked to multiple vehicle burglaries across the area.

On February 13, investigators from Evesham were joined by the Camden County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team, Cherry Hill Police Department, and Westville Police Department to execute a search warrant on Line Street in Camden. Authorities recovered evidence from the residence that tied the juvenile to the ongoing theft investigation.

The suspect, whose name is being withheld due to age, was formally charged with third-degree receiving stolen property and a motor vehicle. Police said the investigation remains active, with detectives continuing to determine whether the suspect may be connected to other thefts in the region.

Residents who believe they may have been victimized are urged to reach out to the Evesham Township Police Department at 856-983-1116. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through the department’s confidential line at 856-983-4699, via email at BorbidgeG@eveshampd.org, or by texting ETPDTIP to 847411.
