Teenage Girl Shot on Park Glen Drive in Raleigh

RALEIGH, NC – On Sunday morning, a teenage girl was shot on Park Glen Drive, as confirmed by the local police department. Officers responded to a call at 6:51 a.m. near the 1300 block of Park Glen Drive, where they found the girl, reported to be 16 years old by neighbors.

Janice Andrews, a resident in the vicinity, spoke of her shock on discovering crime scene tape and police vehicles blocking the parking lot. Similarly, Seth Collins, who was helping his brother move out, expressed his relief that his family was not involved.

The teenage victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to have sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
