LOS ANGELES, CA – On October 6, 2021, around 3:20 p.m., LAPD investigators located 45-year-old Terry Edward Scott, Jr, in the 500 block of South San Pedro Street. Scott was arrested and booked for rape and kidnapping. Scott is currently on probation for a narcotics violation and is being held without bail. This arrest was made possible due to several tips from the public and media coverage. Scott is scheduled to be arraigned on October 8, 2021.
“Thanks to the assistance from our citizens, media partners, and investigators, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Juvenile Division announces an arrest of the suspect for the sexual assault of a 16-year-old juvenile,” the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.
