Thieves swipe $3,000 in designer sunglasses from Queens store, police say

QUEENS, N.Y. – Police are searching for two suspects who stole thousands of dollars worth of sunglasses during a daytime theft at a Queens retail store earlier this month.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred around 11:12 a.m. on Monday, December 15, at a commercial establishment located at 90-15 Queens Boulevard. Investigators said two unidentified individuals entered the store and removed approximately $3,000 worth of sunglasses before fleeing the scene on foot.

No injuries were reported.

One of the suspects is described as a male who was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a black mask.
