Three men charged in deadly White Oak shooting that killed 33-year-old motorcyclist

WHITE OAK, PA – Three men have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a 33-year-old man last month at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way, Allegheny County Police announced.

The victim, identified as Kenneth Hayman, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and later pronounced dead at an area hospital.

Detectives said the shooting occurred on October 12 around 2:18 p.m. after a Chevrolet Silverado pulled up behind Hayman’s motorcycle at the intersection.

Three men exited the truck and approached Hayman before one opened fire as the victim tried to run away.

Investigation leads to identification of suspects

Investigators from the Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit and White Oak Police reviewed video evidence and interviewed witnesses, ultimately linking the truck to 27-year-old Victor Cruz.

Detectives later identified 36-year-old Albert Renchko and 33-year-old Jacob Baker as the other two men in the vehicle. Police determined Baker was the individual who shot Hayman multiple times during the encounter.

Charges filed in connection with the homicide

All three men face multiple charges stemming from the incident. Cruz and Renchko are charged with criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault, while Baker is charged with criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, and homicide.

Authorities have not released details on a possible motive. The Allegheny County Police Department said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
