TOMS RIVER-Mayor Thomas Kelaher stopped by The Oaks at Toms River to congratulate them on their 10 year Anniversary.
The Oaks At Toms River apartments is an affordable senior rental housing community located at 923 Oak Avenue that features one-bedroom apartment units. They are great community partners with the township and the community. Every year they bring a large donation of items for the township’s annual Toys for Tots drive.
