Complete Care at Arbors partnered with local healthcare providers to educate seniors about continuing care options during a community health event at the Toms River Senior Center.

Toms River, NJ – Seniors gathered at the Toms River Senior Center earlier this month for a health and wellness program that connected residents with local healthcare professionals and resources designed to support aging adults.

The event, hosted in partnership with Complete Care at Arbors, featured representatives from Home Helpers, Affinity Hospice, and Guiding Hands. The organizations discussed how seniors and their families can navigate different levels of continuing care while answering questions about available services.

Local providers offer guidance on senior care

According to Complete Care at Arbors, community marketer Dana led the collaboration with the care partners to provide an informative presentation on healthcare options available to older adults.

“The presentation was both informative and enjoyable,” Arbors said in a social media post. “We shared a delicious lunch while connecting with seniors and exploring how we can be a valuable resource for our community.”

The event also gave attendees an opportunity to meet local providers and learn more about home care, hospice services, rehabilitation, and long-term care options available in the Toms River area.

Senior Center continues year-round programming

The Toms River Senior Center regularly hosts educational programs, health initiatives, recreational activities, and social events aimed at helping older residents remain active and connected within the community.
