Utica Police Arrest Suspect in Oak Street Burglary Case

UTICA, NY – Utica Police Department has successfully apprehended a suspect in a recent burglary case on Oak Street.

Last Tuesday,, police responded to a burglary report at a residence in the 1200 block of Oak Street. The suspect had entered an enclosed porch and stolen items. Surveillance footage of the incident was obtained and analyzed by the Mohawk Valley Crime Analysis Center, leading to a positive identification of the suspect.

Following the identification, a Be-On-The-Lookout (BOLO) notice was issued. On December 15th, the suspect was located and arrested without incident. Thomas Fullington, 59, of Utica, has been charged with Burglary in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny.
