Wall Township police report arrests for DWIs, drug charges, and outstanding warrants

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Wall Township police made multiple arrests over the week spanning December 29 through January 4, charging several individuals with offenses including driving while intoxicated, narcotics possession, shoplifting, and outstanding warrants, according to the department’s latest arrest blotter.

On Monday, December 29, Patrolman Clint Forgach arrested Diego Jacinto, 23, of Long Branch, at the Long Branch Police Department on a Wall Township traffic warrant. Jacinto was additionally charged with possession of cocaine and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution. That same day, Patrolman Joseph Liddy arrested Shaun Lee, 34, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, after he turned himself in on a warrant related to an eluding incident from November 1. Liddy also arrested Alexander Catani, 35, of Sea Girt, for shoplifting from Target on Route 35; Catani was released on a summons.

On Tuesday, December 30, Patrolmen Tyler Martin and Daniel Grothues arrested Timothy Smith, 56, and Alan Smith, 51, both of Manasquan, for possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia after investigating a suspicious vehicle on Tiltons Corner Road. Both were released on summonses. Later that day, Liddy arrested Nicole Farr, 33, of Old Bridge, on a Wall Township traffic warrant while at Middlesex County Jail.

On Wednesday, December 31, Patrolman Collin McCarthy arrested Morgan Fisher, 36, of Freehold, on a Neptune criminal warrant following a traffic stop on Route 33/34. Fisher was released on his own recognizance. Patrolman Tyler Russell also arrested Dupreme Holland, 25, of Manahawkin, at the Ocean County Jail on a Wall Township traffic warrant; Holland was taken to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

New Year’s Day brought two arrests. Patrolman Jason Paulus arrested Patrick Necerator, 55, of Howell, for driving while intoxicated after a stop on Route 18 shortly before 1 a.m. Necerator was released in accordance with John’s Law. Later, Patrolman Forgach arrested Anthony Jeanette, 40, of Neptune, on a Mercer County warrant during a stop on Route 138; Jeanette was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

On Friday, January 2, Patrolman Kyle Pelech arrested Jarraya Johnson, 35, of Long Branch, for obstruction and disorderly conduct at the Budget Inn on Route 35. Johnson was released on a summons. Patrolman Liddy also arrested William Measure, 63, of Point Pleasant, on a Tinton Falls warrant during a traffic stop on Route 34; Measure was released after posting bail.

Saturday, January 3, saw multiple arrests for intoxicated and drug-related driving offenses. Patrolman Trent Powers charged Matthew Serpico, 40, of Marlboro, with DWI following a traffic stop on Route 33 just after midnight. Patrolman Julia Cutolo arrested Lily Callaghan, 26, of Manasquan, for DWI after a vehicle fire on Route 138, and later that evening, arrested David Brown, 41, of Eatontown, for cocaine possession and drug paraphernalia on Route 33. Patrolman Joshua Wheeler arrested John Durkin, 33, of Ocean Grove, for suboxone possession during a separate stop on Route 138. Patrolman Johan Moreno also arrested Carolyn Dennis, 67, of Red Bank, for DWI on Route 33/34 around 10:24 p.m.

On Sunday, January 4, Patrolman Joseph Phillips arrested Martha Davenport, 48, of Toms River, for DWI following a traffic stop on Route 34 at 1:30 a.m. Davenport was processed and released under John’s Law.
