WELLSVILLE, NY – The Wellsville Police Department reported the arrest of Tristan R. Collins, a 26-year-old resident of Wellsville, for failing to appear in Wellsville Village Court as required. The arrest, which took place on Tuesday, stemmed from two Bench Warrants issued by the court. Collins faced allegations related to two instances of Petit Larceny previously. After processing, Collins was arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson and subsequently released under the supervision of the Allegany County Probation Department. Collins is scheduled to reappear in Wellsville Village Court on May 7 at 4:30 PM.
