West Manchester Township Man Arrested on Assault and Harassment Charges

West Manchester Township, PA — Timothy Ben Robinson, 40, has been taken into custody following an investigation into an incident that occurred on February 16 on Yorktowne Drive. Robinson, who stands 5′ 8″ tall and weighs 165 pounds, was wanted for one count of Simple Assault (M2) and one count of Harassment (S).

Robinson, a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, had a warrant issued for his arrest on February 16. He was apprehended on May 6. Robinson remains presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
