One of the greatest movies to ever define a generation was Mad Max. Emil Minty was 7 years old when he played the role of the feral kid in the 1981 cult classic Mad Max. Minty, now 48 talked a little bit about his role in the movie. He now has two children of his own and after graduating from school, gave up acting. He had minor parts in a movie called Fluteman in 1982 and he appeared in a few episodes of A Country Practice in 1990. Minty eventually became a jeweler, working at Chris Lewis Jewelers in Syndey’s Gladesville for 30 years now. He has not had an acting role since 1990.
