TOMS RIVER, NJ – It’s been under construction for a while, but the new plaza behind the Exxon gas station in Toms River is moving fast now.
This week, it was announced that Seasons, a Kosher supermarket, would anchor the plaza. Seasons operates stores in Lakewood, Queens, Lawrence, Scarsdale, and Clifton.
According to realtor Efraim Feder, the only other signed tenant at the mall is a hosiery store.
There will be 8 retail spaces available for lease at the new Cox Cro Center.
